Ceri and Jake had booked a night at the Langham Hotel to celebrate their seven-year anniversary… that part wasn’t a secret. But Ceri had no idea that Jake had secretly upgraded their stay to a “fancy pants” room and added a second night.
When their room wasn’t ready yet, they went to the Club Lounge for afternoon tea. Ceri kept asking Jake why he was acting so weirdly, but was still completely clueless.
Back in their room, Jake presented Ceri with a photo book he’d made of all the wonderful adventures and photos from each year they had been together.
When Ceri got to the final page which said Will you marry me?, I got down on one knee and said, “this is the easiest decision I have ever made.”
